Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on Thyron (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1) Returns window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
If your order is delayed or marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status so we can investigate.
2) Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in original condition (unused, unwashed, and not altered),

in original packaging (if applicable),
-
returned with any included accessories, manuals, or free gifts (if applicable).
We may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing components.
3) Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. These include:

items that are opened, used, or partially used,

personal care or other hygiene-sensitive products once opened,
-
gift cards,
-
digital products or downloadable items.
4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number, and
-
clear photos/video showing the issue.
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

replacement at no extra cost,
-
refund, or
-
store credit (only if you agree).
5) How to request a return or refund

Do not send items back without approval—unapproved returns may be refused.
6) Return shipping & fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective on arrival), we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you offer free returns, state it clearly here.
7) Refund method and processing time
If your refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or after approval for “no-return” cases like damaged/incorrect items).
Bank processing times can vary and may take additional days to appear on your statement.
8) Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. In some cases, we may process an exchange as a return + new order.
9) Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@thyron.co.

If the order has not been processed/shipped, we can usually cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process (if eligible).
10) Refused deliveries and incorrect addresses
If a package is returned to us due to:

an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, or
-
refusal of delivery,
we can offer a refund minus shipping and handling fees (where applicable) once the package is returned to us.
11) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first—we’re happy to help and usually resolve issues quickly.
Filing a chargeback may delay resolution, since we must investigate with the payment provider and carrier.
